  1. Terms of return, refund and credit for items ordered

11.1. Return procedure

11.1.1 Return procedure for an open or unrecorded item

As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, the Products must be returned in their original packaging (with the sleeve in the event that all the products of the order are returned), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene label and accompanied by the return form. Products returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.

The return of a Product, in the event of a refund request, is free if the place of Delivery is in mainland France. The return of a Product, in the event of a refund request, is your responsibility if the place of Delivery is outside mainland France and is done at your risk. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. FRESH AND SALT does not trade. If you would like to exchange a swimsuit, we invite you to follow our return procedure and then recommend online the desired swimsuit in your correct size.

To do this, for any return to mainland France:

You just need to follow the return procedure below, in order to be refunded, otherwise your return cannot be processed.

1- Send an email to: hello@freshandsaltswimwear.com , to express your desire to return by indicating your name, first name, the references of the items you want return, the reason for your return, and your order number.

2 - Download and print your return label, sent by FRESH & SALT, which you will receive within one week at your email address.

3- Download and print the return form by clicking here , to slip into your package.

4 - Place the item (s) in sturdy packaging along with the completed return form, and affix your return label.

Once the item (s) are received, we check out and then issue the refund to your account.

Please note that the refund deadline is 14 working days on your account, after receipt of the package by the FRESH & SALT teams.

2 - Place the item (s) in sturdy packaging along with the completed return form. In the event that you are returning your entire order to us, please include the pouch offered by FRESH AND SALT in your return package.

3 - Send everything with tracking, to the address:

4 - Send an email to: hello@freshandsaltswimwear.com , indicating your name, first name, the references of the items that you have attached to your return, your number order as well as the name of the carrier and the tracking number of your package.

Once the jersey has been collected, we carry out a verification, then we refund the amount of the item (s) returned to your account, excluding delivery costs

Please note that the refund deadline is 14 working days on your account, after receipt of the package by the FRESH & SALT teams

11.1.2 Return procedure for sale items (if applicable)

As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, the products must be returned in their original packaging (with the sleeve in the event that all the products of the order are returned), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene label and accompanied by the return form. Only publicly priced items (not on sale or not on sale) can be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable. You can follow the following return procedure and obtain a credit note on the site, equivalent to the value of the returned items (excluding delivery costs), this credit note can be used for a period of 12 months.

Once the jersey has been collected, we check, then we send you an email with a code usable for 1 year on our website, the amount of which is equivalent to the value of the returned items (excluding delivery costs) . This credit can be used for a period of 12 months.

11.2. Refund

11 .2. 1 In the event of a request for reimbursement, the latter will intervene within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product (s) by FRESH AND SALT. Please note, however, that an additional delay may be applied by your bank when reimbursing.

Once the Products have been received, checked and accepted by our services, the refund, including the Standard Delivery costs of the initial order, will be made using the same method of payment used when ordering.

In the event that only part and not all of the items ordered are returned by the CUSTOMER, the initial delivery costs will not be reimbursed to you by FRESH AND SALT.

11.2.2 Late refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first

Next, contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

11.3. Gifts ordered from the Site

Insofar as only the bank account of the person who ordered the product can be credited, only this person can request a refund via the return procedure to the Site. The Customer who purchased the gift must then follow the return procedure provided for in Article 11.
